Inautec Control procured products
This training aims to ensure that all employees understand the principles, structure, and purpose of INAUTEC’s Control for Procured Products Work Instruction, which defines how incoming goods must be inspected, handled, documented, and protected throughout the goods receipt process.
It explains what must be checked during goods receipt, what responsibilities each employee has when accepting or rejecting goods, and how proper handling contributes to safeguarding INAUTEC’s quality, compliance, and operations.
The training consists of the following parts:
1. Policy Document – Please review the “Control for Procured Products” (PDF) available in the QMS & ISMS MS Teams channel.
The document outlines:
- Scope and purpose of the procedure
- Importance of standardized incoming goods inspection
- Responsibilities in the goods receipt process
- Requirements for completeness, identity, and quality checks
- Visual and document checks
- Handling damaged or incomplete deliveries
- Acceptance rules: normal, with reservation, or rejection
- Storage, labeling, and preservation requirements
- Documentation obligations (delivery note, certificates, deviations)
- Escalation procedures (e.g., informing management)

3. Awareness Test
After reviewing the policy (and optionally the video), please complete the test to confirm your understanding of the Control for Procured Products Work Instruction.
Reviewing the policy and completing the test are mandatory for all employees involved in goods receipt as part of INAUTEC’s quality assurance and competency requirements.
