Inautec Emergency Concept
This training aims to ensure that all employees understand INAUTEC's Emergency Concept, which defines the company's emergency organization, response procedures, and employee responsibilities during emergency situations. It explains how to respond quickly and safely to incidents, helping to protect people, minimize risks, and ensure legal compliance and effective emergency preparedness.
The training consists of the following parts:
1. Emergency Concept Presentation – Please review the Inautec Emergency Concept presentation available in the QMS & ISMS MS Teams channel. The presentation covers:
- Purpose and scope of the Emergency Concept
- Emergency procedures and the incident response process
- Alerting and reporting procedures
- Employee and first-aid team responsibilities
- Emergency equipment, first-aid materials, and assembly points
- Electrical safety principles
- Documentation, quality control, and media handling
- Emergency preparedness and continuous improvement
2. Visual Explanation (Optional) – You are encouraged to watch the Inautec Emergency Concept Visual Explanation to gain additional context and practical examples of the emergency procedures.

3. Awareness Test – After reviewing the presentation (and optionally the visual explanation), please complete the test to confirm your understanding of the Inautec Emergency Concept. Reviewing the presentation and completing the test are mandatory for all employees.
