Inautec Social Media Policy
This training aims to ensure that all employees understand the principles, structure, and purpose of INAUTEC’s Social Media Policy, which provides clear rules for safe, responsible, and productive use of social media — both at work and when representing the company.
It explains how social media activity can impact the workplace, the responsibilities of each employee, and how proper communication helps protect INAUTEC’s reputation, confidentiality, and workplace culture.
The training consists of the following parts:

Policy Document – Please review the Social Media Policy (PDF) available in the QMS & ISMS MS Teams channel.
The document outlines:- Rules for using personal social media responsibly at work
- Expectations for protecting confidentiality and avoiding harassment
- Guidelines for representing INAUTEC on corporate social media accounts
- Requirements for respectful, responsible communication
- Restrictions around intellectual property, trademarks, and sensitive information
- Procedures for handling comments, criticism, and incorrect content
- Disciplinary consequences for violations
