Inautec Working from home policy
This training aims to ensure that all employees understand the rules, expectations, and responsibilities defined in INAUTEC’s Working From Home Policy, which provides guidelines for securely and effectively setting up and using a home office.
It explains what technical, security, and organizational requirements must be followed when working remotely, and how safe and compliant home-office practices help protect INAUTEC’s systems, data, and productivity.
1. Policy Document
Please review the “Working From Home Policy” (PDF) in the QMS & ISMS MS Teams channel.
The document covers:
- Purpose and scope of working-from-home guidelines
- Hardware requirements (company notebook, firewall, antivirus, updates)
- Internet connection requirements and webcam security
- Approved software and communication expectations (e.g., Microsoft Teams availability)
- Confidentiality during tele- and video-conferences
- Compliance with the Internet Policy while working remotely
- Workplace safety expectations
- Compliance with employment contracts and the company code of conduct
- Disciplinary consequences for policy violations

3. Awareness Test
After reviewing the policy (and optionally the video), please complete the awareness test to confirm your understanding of the Working From Home Policy.
Reviewing the policy and completing the test are mandatory for all employees who perform remote work, as part of INAUTEC’s information security, compliance, and operational requirements.
