Inautec Antivirus & Malware Protection Policy

This training aims to ensure that all employees understand the principles, structure, and purpose of INAUTEC’s Antivirus & Malware Protection Policy, which safeguards our systems, devices, and communication channels from malicious software threats.
It explains how antivirus solutions are used within the company, what responsibilities each employee has, and how secure behavior contributes to protecting INAUTEC’s data, infrastructure, and daily operations.

The training consists of the following parts:

  1. Policy Document – Please review the Antivirus & Malware Protection Policy (PDF) available in the QMS & ISMS MS Teams channel.
    The document outlines:
    • Antivirus deployment on INAUTEC servers and laptops
    • Requirements for automatic updates and monthly scans
    • Malware detection, removal capabilities, and log monitoring
    • Recommended practices to prevent infections (email safety, safe downloads, device handling)
    • Rules for portable storage devices and backup requirements
    • Reporting responsibilities for suspicious device behavior or malware symptoms
    • Disciplinary actions for policy violations
  2. Visual Explanation (Optional) –  You are encouraged to watch the visual explanation to gain additional context and examples.

  3. Awareness Test – After reviewing the policy (and optionally the video), please complete the test to confirm your understanding of the Antivirus & Malware Protection Policy.

Reviewing the policy and completing the test are mandatory for all employees as part of INAUTEC’s Antivirus & Malware Protection awareness and competency requirements.
