It explains how quality is managed in our daily work, the responsibilities of each employee, and how continuous improvement supports customer satisfaction and compliance with standards.

The training consists of the following parts:

  1. Training Slides – Please review the QMS awareness presentation available in the QMS & ISMS MS Teams channel.
  2. Recorded Session (Optional) – You are encouraged to watch the recording of the previous face-to-face training for additional context and examples:

  3. Awareness Test – After reviewing the slides (and optionally the video), please complete the test to confirm your understanding.

    The document outlines:
    • Antivirus deployment on INAUTEC servers and laptops
    • Requirements for automatic updates and monthly scans
    • Malware detection, removal capabilities, and log monitoring
    • Recommended practices to prevent infections (email safety, safe downloads, device handling)
    • Rules for portable storage devices and backup requirements
    • Reporting responsibilities for suspicious device behavior or malware symptoms
    • Disciplinary actions for policy violations
