Inautec Confidentiality Policy

This training aims to ensure that all employees understand the principles, structure, and purpose of INAUTEC’s Confidentiality Policy, which defines how confidential, sensitive, and proprietary information must be handled and protected across the organization.

It explains what constitutes confidential information, what responsibilities each employee has when accessing or using such information, and how proper handling contributes to safeguarding INAUTEC’s business operations, legal compliance, and competitive advantage.

The training consists of the following parts:

1. Policy Document – Please review the Confidentiality Policy (PDF) available in the QMS & ISMS MS Teams channel.

The document outlines:

• Purpose and importance of protecting confidential information
• Types of confidential and proprietary information
• Employee responsibilities for secure handling (storage, access, shredding, device use)
• Restrictions on disclosure and personal use of confidential information
• Access control rules and authorization requirements
• Organizational confidentiality measures (encryption, NDAs, secure storage)
• Exceptions where disclosure may be legally required
• Obligations when employment ends
• Disciplinary consequences for intentional or unintentional violations

3. Awareness Test

After reviewing the policy (and optionally the video), please complete the test to confirm your understanding of the Confidentiality Policy.

Reviewing the policy and completing the test are mandatory for all employees as part of INAUTEC’s Confidentiality, Information Protection, and Corporate Security awareness and competency requirements.
