Inautec Copyright Policy

This training aims to ensure that all employees understand the principles and purpose of INAUTEC’s Copyright Policy, which defines how copyrighted materials must be created, used, protected, and handled within the company.

It explains what employees must do to safeguard INAUTEC’s own copyrighted works, how to correctly use third-party materials, and how proper copyright compliance helps protect INAUTEC from legal risks, financial damage, and unauthorized disclosure.

1. Policy Document

Please review the “Copyright Policy” (PDF) in the QMS & ISMS MS Teams channel.

The document explains:

• Purpose and scope of copyright protection
• Rules for handling INAUTEC-created copyrighted works
• Requirements for marking and documenting copyrighted materials
• Confidentiality and protection obligations
• Rules for using third-party content (licenses, OSS, attribution, no piracy)
• Employee responsibilities in ensuring copyright compliance
• Disciplinary consequences for violations

3. Awareness Test

After reviewing the policy (and optionally the video), please complete the awareness test to confirm your understanding of the Copyright Policy.

Reviewing the policy and completing the test are mandatory for all employees who create, use, or handle copyrighted materials, as part of INAUTEC’s legal, security, and quality assurance requirements.
