Inautec Crisis Management Policy

This training aims to ensure that all employees understand the principles, structure, and purpose of INAUTEC’s Crisis Management Policy, which defines how the company responds to crisis situations and near-miss events.

It explains how potential crises must be reported and escalated, how the Crisis Management Team is activated, how internal and external communications are managed, and what responsibilities employees have during an incident. The training also highlights the importance of factual communication, site safety, proper documentation, evidence preservation, investigation, and corrective actions.

The training consists of the following parts:

1. Policy Document – Please review the Crisis Management Policy (PDF) available in the QMS & ISMS MS Teams channel.The document outlines:
   • Immediate response requirements for crisis-related inquiries
   • Mandatory escalation and notification procedures
   • Employee responsibilities during a potential crisis
   • Activation and responsibilities of the Crisis Management Team
   • Rules for internal, external, customer, media, and social-media communication
   • Site safety, securing, and stabilization measures
   • Mandatory incident documentation and reporting requirements
   • Evidence collection from internal teams, partners, and customers
   • Root Cause Analysis using structured investigation methods
   • Verification of responsibilities and contractual compliance
   • Short-term and long-term corrective actions
   • Crisis closure, Lessons Learned, and post-crisis improvement
   • Confidentiality requirements and consequences of policy violations
2. Visual Explanation (Optional) – You are encouraged to watch the visual explanation to gain additional context and better understand the crisis-management workflow, escalation process, communication responsibilities, and Crisis Team roles.

   3. Awareness Test – After reviewing the policy (and optionally the visual explanation), please complete the test to confirm your understanding of the Crisis Management Policy.

Reviewing the policy and completing the test are mandatory for all employees as part of INAUTEC’s Crisis Management awareness and compliance requirements.
