Inautec Internet Policy

This training ensures that all employees understand INAUTEC’s Internet Policy, which defines the rules, responsibilities, and security requirements for the proper, safe, and lawful use of the company’s internet, network, and equipment. It explains what responsible internet use looks like, which activities are prohibited, and how safe online behavior protects INAUTEC from security risks, legal issues, and reputational damage.

1. Policy Document
Review the Internet Policy (PDF) in the QMS & ISMS MS Teams channel. It covers:

• Purpose and scope of internet usage rules
• Appropriate vs. inappropriate use
• Expectations for professional, secure online behavior
• Safe handling of passwords and logins
• Rules for using corporate accounts only from secure devices
• Prohibited activities (illegal, offensive, risky, or unsafe content)
• Restrictions on copyrighted or untrusted downloads
• Risks of unsafe websites
• Requirements for confidentiality, data protection, antivirus, encryption, and firewall usage
• Prohibition of disabling security tools
• Liability disclaimers and possible disciplinary actions

3. Awareness Test

After reviewing the policy (and optionally the video), please complete the awareness test to confirm your understanding of the Internet Policy.

Reviewing the policy and completing the test are mandatory for all employees, consultants, and guests who access INAUTEC’s network, as part of our security and compliance requirements.
