Inautec Mobile Device Policy

This training aims to ensure that all employees understand the principles, structure, and purpose of INAUTEC’s Mobile Device Policy, which provides rules for the secure use of notebooks and smartphones used for company-related tasks.
It explains how mobile devices must be handled, protected, and maintained to prevent information security risks, safeguard customer data, and ensure compliance with INAUTEC’s internal security standards.

The training consists of the following parts:

1. Policy Document – Please review the Mobile Device Policy (PDF) available in the QMS & ISMS MS Teams channel.
   The document outlines:
   • Secure storage of notebooks and smartphones to prevent theft
   • Protection against unauthorized access to confidential information
   • Mandatory reporting of lost or stolen devices
   • Restrictions on hardware changes and configuration
   • Responsibilities for data backup and file availability
   • Prohibition of third-party use of company devices
   • Requirements for safe physical handling and transport
   • Application of the general Workplace Policy
   • Escalation steps in case of deviations or incidents
   • Disciplinary consequences for policy violations
