Inautec Workplace & Clean Desk Policy

This training aims to ensure that all employees understand the rules and responsibilities defined in INAUTEC’s Workplace & Clean Desk Policy, which establishes how workspaces, devices, and documents must be secured to protect sensitive and confidential information at all times.

It explains how a clean and controlled workspace reduces security risks, prevents unauthorized access, protects both digital and physical information, and supports INAUTEC’s compliance with privacy, information security, and operational standards.

• Purpose and scope of workplace and clean desk practices
